1. Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

We are a factory with over 30 years of experience in the home textile industry. We have our own production facilities and export license.
2. Where is your factory located? Can I visit?

Our factory is in Danyang Jiangsu China about 2.5 hours by car from Shanghai We welcome visits and we can also arrange a video tour if you cant come in person.
3. Can you customize our logo and packaging?

Yes! We provide OEMODM services, including custom fabrics, patterns, logos, labels, and packaging.
4. What information is needed to get the quotation?

Please share the product details, quantity, and packaging requirements. We will send you a form to fill in for faster and more accurate pricing.
5. Can you provide samples before placing an order?

Yes! Sample fees apply but will be refunded after bulk order. International shipping fees are paid by the buyer.
6. How long does it take to send out a sample?

Existing design: 7-15 days. Customized design: 15-25 days, depending on complexity.
7. What happens if there are quality issues after delivery?

Contact us immediately with photos or videos. To prevent issues, we strongly recommend third-party inspection before shipment.
8. What payment terms is accepted?

T/T Telegraphic Transfer 30% deposit 70% balance before shipment. Alibaba Trade Assurance for safe transactions. Other methods negotiable depending on the order. Please send your enquiry by clicking the contact supplier button.
